Accommodation

Below are a few accommodation suggestions for visitors to the conference. All these places are within walking distance of the university, or a short trip by bus or tram. There are many other accommodation options nearby, offering a wide choice of quality and price. Suburbs around the university include Carlton, North Melbourne, Parkville, and Fitzroy.

The Nunnery in Fitzroy  
Right near the Melbourne Museum and Carlton Gardens. A 20 minute walk to the university or a short walk to Johnston St and then a bus ride to Lygon St. The Nunnery offers three accommodation styles to cater to different budgets.

Located in Franklin St in the City, near the Queen Victoria outdoor food market. About 20 minutes walk from the university or a few minutes on the tram, and the same distance from the city centre.
